Refund and cancellation details are covered on a separate page — see the Refund Policy. You can request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your first payment.
1. Service Scope and Coverage
VPNDX provides a cross-border network acceleration service: connect to international routes through the VPNDX client for cross-border access and optimized international network paths. The service covers 120+ countries and 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.
Billing comes in two forms: monthly subscriptions and data packs. Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting each month on the day you subscribed; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB — use them until they run out, they never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT; registration requires no email address, just a username and password.
The exact routes, clients and subscription entry points are those shown in the user panel; this site does not provide installers or subscription URLs on marketing pages. See the Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.
2. Accounts and Subscription Rules
An account may only be used by the person who registered it. Reselling, renting, lending or sharing an account with others is prohibited, as is publicly distributing subscription URLs, subscription links or configuration files exported from a subscription.
There is no limit on how many devices may be online at the same time under one account, but they must all be the registered user's own devices; sharing an account among several people to get around these Terms is not permitted.
You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe, and you bear any charges or consequences that arise from leaked credentials or use by others. Reverse engineering, bulk scraping or automated redistribution of the client, server APIs or subscription content is prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and where you use the service, and you are responsible for the content you access or transmit through the service.
The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: launching network attacks or port scans, distributing malware, sending spam, infringing on the intellectual property or privacy of others, committing fraud, or any other activity that harms the lawful rights of third parties.
The service does not constitute an endorsement of the legality of any particular use case; if you are unsure whether your use case is compliant, consult a qualified professional before deciding whether to continue using the service.
4. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. How cross-border routes perform in practice depends on many factors, including your local network, your ISP, international link conditions and the policies of the destination service. No specific speed figures are promised, and continued availability of third-party platforms (such as streaming services or AI tools) is not guaranteed.
Planned maintenance will be announced in the user panel in advance wherever possible; upstream route changes, force majeure and changes to third-party services may cause brief interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the service provider is not liable for indirect losses caused by using or being unable to use the service, and this clause does not reduce any commitment already made in the Refund Policy.
5. Account Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy. The service provider may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms, in particular reselling or sharing an account, or using the service for unlawful purposes;
- Obtaining the service fraudulently, for example by filing a payment dispute or charging back;
- Interfering with the normal operation of other users or of the service itself.
After an account is terminated, unused data and any remaining subscription time are handled under the relevant provisions of the Refund Policy.
6. How These Terms Change
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal requirements or changes to the service. The updated version is published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page is changed accordingly.
Changes that materially affect your rights will be flagged in the user panel. Continuing to use the service after a change is published means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service and request a refund under the Refund Policy.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the rules published in the user panel. To ask a question about these Terms, submit a request through the ticket portal in the user panel.
