Refund window
VPNDX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: a full refund can be requested within 30 days of your first payment. No reason is required, and you do not have to prove that a route was unusable first.
The window starts when your first payment succeeds, based on the time recorded on the order. Monthly subscriptions and data packs share the same window; refunds are handled per order as a whole, and the amount is not prorated by data already used.
What qualifies and what does not
Requests submitted within the window are handled as described below; whether you have already connected to a route does not affect the decision.
Eligible for a refund
- Monthly subscription orders from your first payment, submitted within the window.
- Data pack orders from your first payment; how much data remains does not affect the refund amount.
- Payment succeeded but the plan was never activated, or the same order was charged twice.
Not eligible for a refund
- Orders submitted more than 30 days after the first payment.
- The account has already received one no-questions-asked refund; this policy covers the first payment only.
- The account is used for resale, rental, or sharing with unauthorized third parties in violation of the Terms of Use.
- Clearly abnormal usage, such as using up an entire plan's data allowance in a short period and then requesting a refund right away.
- Orders bought through unofficial channels or paid by someone else, or orders whose origin cannot be verified.
How to apply and what to include
Refund requests are submitted through the ticket form in the user panel; messages left on pages or sent through other channels are not accepted.
- Sign in to the user panel and open the ticket form.
- Create a new ticket with the subject "Refund Request". Accounts are registered with a username and password, no email address required, so just include your username in the ticket.
- Include the order details: order time, plan name or data pack size, payment method, and the payment receipt or transaction ID.
- Review: we check the order and account status to confirm the request is within scope; if anything is missing, we reply in the same ticket asking for it.
- Refund and confirmation: once approved, the refund is sent back to the original payment method, and progress is updated in the same ticket.
That is all we need: the ticket process never involves your account password, wallet private key, or seed phrase.
Refund timing and original payment method
Refunds always go back to the original payment method: Alipay and WeChat Pay orders return to the original payment account, and USDT orders return to the wallet address used to pay. We do not switch channels, do not pay a third party, and cannot send funds to a different account or address.
Processing has two stages: VPNDX completes the review and initiates the refund, then the payment channel credits the funds. Timing depends on the channel's processing; Alipay and WeChat Pay credit the funds on their side, while USDT depends on on-chain confirmation. Exact timing is subject to the channel's actual processing, and the ticket is updated with the status.
How payment methods differ
All three payment methods use original-method refunds; what differs is the proof required and the return path.
| Payment method | Refund path | What to provide |
|---|---|---|
| Alipay | The original Alipay account | The transaction ID from the payment |
| WeChat Pay | The original WeChat Pay account | The transaction ID from the payment |
| USDT | The wallet address used to pay | The transaction hash (txid); never share your private key or seed phrase |
The USDT refund address is determined by the on-chain record and cannot be changed to another address; if the order's origin cannot be verified, we confirm in the ticket first and then decide whether the request can be accepted.
Other terms
- When upgrading a plan mid-term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days and added to the new plan's term; it is not refunded separately.
- Only one refund request is accepted per order; an order that has already been refunded cannot be submitted again.
- After a refund is completed, the remaining data in the corresponding plan or data pack expires as well.
- Data packs are valid until used up and never expire; refunds are handled per order as a whole, and unused data is not priced separately.
- This policy is updated as the service changes, and the version on this page applies after an update; each order is governed by the version published when it was placed.
- If you disagree with the outcome, you can keep replying in the same ticket for a manual review.
